Metatron and I've started puttin' up the wreaths up in the windows. If ya wanna help us decorate, there's a ton of holiday stuff in the downstairs closet next to the front door (and magic keeps re-fillin' it, so nobody needs to be left out or whatever). I think Metatron also wants to put a big tree in the ballroom that everybody can help decorate with ornaments they like.

Well, the CD-ROM drive of my computer was also broken, as it turns out, so I couldn't install a new wireless adapter. The good news is that the repair shop has free computers I can use, plus I have some hours I prepaid at a net cafe and forgot about, so I should be able to keep up with CU until my computer comes back in a couple of days. (I only hope I can get the net set up at that point, but I should be able to.)

Right so I thought my paper was due next week sometime. Turns out? It's due on Thursday. I don't even know what I'm doing it on. And my teacher wanted to talk to me about it and I don't have any time to talk to her or do anything so I don't know what I'm gonna do.

If you communicate with people from Asgard, toy with them. Tell them, discreetly, vaguely, that L has been slipping you information about Asgard. You see, a rift is about to form in Asgard. And if we tear it wide enough, the mice will flee, and more's the game to us. If they can't trust each other, we'll have to inevitably be the shoulders to cry on.
After all, we didn't do anything, right?
If anyone ruins the game, just think of it this way: it makes you look like you want Asgard to win. If that's the case, you're a traitor, and you'll have to be exterminated.
And that doesn't sound like fun.
As for L himself, oh, give him candy. Be condescending, be gentle. Be playful, be tricky. Hell, tell him the truth if you want. He sure likes getting information from us. That should come for a price, shouldn't it?

Yes, thank you. I apologise for dropping tags a lot the last few days, but I have deadlines hanging over me until the end of term, and sadly they won't let me be just yet. So, from now up until I finish essays I need to do, I'll be scarce. I'll catch up with tagging tonight, and will still be around, just less than usual. I'll be back to normal by the 10th of December at the latest, though I'm aiming to try and get most things done by the end of this week.

The good news is once that's out the way, I'm finished for Christmas and won't have anything else I need to do till after New Year when the term starts again, so that means roughly 4 weeks break! <3

Oh! It is snowing. How lovely.

I was once told that when you start thinking in Shakespearean quotes your life has either arrived at an all-time low or you're very close to dying. I never found out if it was meant as a metaphor for sex.
Maybe I should look into this.

Anyway, I'm waiting for my energon shipment. Wouldn't be a good first impression for our lady of the opera house to not keep to her contracts. I've seen too many exelent number wizards fall into the same kind of trap. Dreadfully bad impression, that.

Snow? What is this snow? I've heard others say they've played in it, but I fail to understand. It is a natural occurence? From the weather, I presume? They said it came from the sky. I never heard it fall. Did it happen in the night while I was sleeping? That may explain it, but then, why is it still here? Must it be replenished? How can something that falls from the sky so softly be played in? Does it sink into the earth or rise back up? It couldn't do either if one were to play in it...

Mum and me (sounds weird..but moving on. u.u) are going to my Gramaws for Thanksgiving tomorrow. I think we're spending a day there on top of tomorrow. No idea if I'll be available till Sunday/late Saturday or afternoon then, since Alltel may or may not have a reliable connection anywhere in the area we're going. :[ but a head's up nonetheless. ^^

Elle was so excited about Thanksgiving with Gabriel. She'd gotten up really early to make everything perfect, and she'd been preparing stuff most of the day yesterday too. She was exhausted, but she didn't show it. She'd dressed up for the occasion too, even lit some candles. It was going to be a special dinner, just the two of them. The peach pie was already cooling and it's scent filled the apartment with richness and warmth. She knew it was his favorite and she just wanted this night to be special and everything that they both wanted it to.
She was puzzled by what he'd said to her earlier about having kids. She knew that he said he was talking generally, but it was hard for Elle to imagine herself as a mother. She didn't really have anything to base it on. She'd seen what normal families were supposed to be like on TV, but this was the real world. She must suddenly be channeling Martha Stewart or something now though because her tiny apartment looked immaculate and cozy. Nothing was going to mess this up for them.
